OBS connects middle and high schools wishing to unite youth in their quest for knowledge and social justice. Typical partnerships involve a cohort of 10-15 students from two or three different schools. Students from each school work separately to understand identity and then connect with each other to address stereotypes and work together to bridge differences and work for the common good. Schools may be physically close to each other or in different states.
